Full vs. Flex Space

Not every business needs a huge warehouse. If your operation is smaller in scale, consider our Flex Space units (about 500–2,500 sq ft) as a step between a self-storage unit and a full warehouse. Flex spaces typically have one roll-up door and lower ceilings, while full warehouse units offer multiple docks and higher clearance. In short, flex spaces are ideal for small businesses and workshops, whereas full warehouses are geared toward large inventories and heavy-duty use. As your business grows, transitioning from a flex unit to a full warehouse is always an option within our facility.
