Calls and Text Messages to Flex

By calling or texting Flex at (787) 558-1800, or by providing your phone number to Flex in connection with a support request, inquiry, appointment, service request, or account matter, you authorize Flex to contact you by call, SMS, or MMS at the phone number you used or provided. These communications may include responses to your inquiry, customer support messages, appointment or scheduling information, service updates, account-related notices, and other non-marketing communications related to your request or relationship with Flex.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with Flex. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may opt out of SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP or by contacting Flex at (787) 558-1800. After you opt out, Flex may send one final message confirming your opt-out and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again or otherwise initiate a new conversation where a response is permitted.

Flex does not use this customer support messaging program to send marketing or promotional text messages unless you separately provide any consent required by law. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
